Lived in this place for 12 months. This is the worst place I ever lived, with a lease document which has some crappy rules! In addition the land lady literally loots you, she will charge you for every damn thing! every damn thing!!! grrr!!! She will take some amount as advance when you sign the lease and at the time you are vacating, she might hardly give you back anything!! She will keep eve....

Lived in this place for 12 months. This is the worst place I ever lived, with a lease document which has some crappy rules! In addition the land lady literally loots you, she will charge you for every damn thing! every damn thing!!! grrr!!! She will take some amount as advance when you sign the lease and at the time you are vacating, she might hardly give you back anything!! She will keep everything with herself and then claim that it is all part of some maintenance and shit! Don't think that the house is in a very good condition, the carpet is totally dusty, nothing looks clean! The kitchen looks horrible, you don't even feel like cooking there cos the floor is so dirty. And the toilet don't even ask about this. I got into this whole mess because I signed the lease just by looking at those pictures remotely. My bad luck!! I got into this trap!! Don't even dare to live in these houses! The experience is just worst! I can't think of one good reason to live there!

I was her patient for 5 months and then fired her. The entire 5 months she never sent me a bill. Then the week after I fired her, I received a bill. The bill had all the details of my 5 months with her. However, missing from the statement was a total of 8 payments that I made to her, totaling $455 that she never posted to my account. I have left 3 voice mails and she refused to return my call....

I have left 3 voice mails and she refused to return my calls to discuss it. I had to file a notice of claim on her in small claims court. She is careless and sloppy. Her office is dirty. Her couch is so filthy, I refused to sit on it. Her website is sloppy and even has misspellings on it. Her website says that she is a "Metal" Health Resource. Diana does not pay attention to details. She is also a liar. I wish I had never made that first appointment with her.

DO NOT LEASE FROM THIS COMPANY- HIGHLY NEGLIGENT WITH THEIR MAINTENANCE! I would never trust them with a property I cared about, as they will definitely allow it to run down in order to preserve their profit margin.
