We hired MedCoach to transport my 93 yo grandmother Chicago to Texas and it was awful. No running water; the heat in the back of the coach was not functioning properly the first 2 hours of the trip; the trip was at least 2 hours longer than it should have been due to not taking interstate highways the whole way; no seat belts on the couch inside the coach; the driver talked on his cell phone....

No running water; the heat in the back of the coach was not functioning properly the first 2 hours of the trip; the trip was at least 2 hours longer than it should have been due to not taking interstate highways the whole way; no seat belts on the couch inside the coach; the driver talked on his cell phone while he was driving; I could go on. We wrote a letter to the company to complain, and received an extremely defensive and not even remotely apologetic response. We are contacting the BBB. Do not use them, find someone else, or transport your family member yourself.

If you catch her in a lie, she immediately makes you the villain. The last thing you need in your vet is arrogance and impatience. She doesn't explain what is going on with your pet She "tells you" what to do.And after having received your misdiagnoses by a patronizing witch you can pay your bill and take your still sick pet home.
